Cancellation Rights
You can cancel your order anytime before the package has been shipped. After it has been shipped, your cannot cancel your order or get a refund.
Cancellation due to change of mind
1. Change of mind before packaging: Cancellation Fee = 5% Paypal Transaction fee.
If you cancel the order due to change of mind before it has been shipped, you will be charged with a small fee equal to PayPal transaction fees.
2. Custom Orders
If the custom order has not been purchased, cancellation is free of charge.
If the requested product/products were already purchased, a 30% fee will be charged.
To cancel your order, contact us at support@herefan.com.
We will process your reimbursement no later than 14 days from the day we receive your request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order to send you the refunded amount.
Cancellation due to insufficient stock
Return due to Change of Mind
All products sold on HereFan are non-returnable once shipped. In some special cases, return might be considered but customer shall bear the cost of delivery.
Return due to Defect
Herefan will honor any valid defect claims submitted within 7 days after the customer receives the items. Defect claims must be submitted with evidence such as images, videos, etc.
Once the defect claim is confirmed, the customer can have a choice of 1 of the following:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
During our investigation, if the cause of defect is not a manufacturing issue or no defect is detected, customer must pay the shipping cost for the item to be sent back.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
- Goods that have been used or modified.
- Unsealed/unpackaged beauty products, food etc.
Herefan has the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the return conditions.
Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us at Herefan.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
